Visited on 8/7/22 beds Very clean, employee jaiden very nice and knew her stuff! I Witnessed her answering many questions and giving a tour of the facility to people coming in asking questions after doing the same for me and she was a sweet as could be the whole time. That employee is a keeper and I will continue to come with my wife who brought me in on her days! Best service I have had in a long time from a local business!

Received a call from the manager she said her name was Hope, about getting a refund while account should have been frozen the beginning of September. The message was very vague and not all helpful. I don’t think that manager knows what she is doing. So I went into the salon while Destiny was working, she was very helpful and really made me feel special, she said that she would reach back out to the owners. Trying to get an update, found out Destiny doesn’t work there anymore:/

I cannot believe this place has a 4.8. This place was terrible ..my husband and I were so mistreated it was ugly. We both purchases sessions and will never ever use them for sure not after they left us both in our beds wouldn’t turn them on and my husband had just had back surgery 2 weeks prior. The “manager” even just told me what she wanted to , to appease me and my concerns. Problem aren’t trained. Manager has to be called at home several times. .didn’t even know how to use til. Fingerprint was never set up for me ..weird. I was new at it and no one could tell me anything about the services . Ended up spending. Almost 200 bucks for one session. Between my husband and I. People who have bad experiences should state there concerns as well. Those people however have made that clear on the BBB ALTHOUGH THIS BUSINESS IS NOT AN ACCREDITED ONE .HMMMMM WONDER WHY. DONT EVEN BOTHER TO TRY AND CONTACT CORPORATE EITHER, GOOD LUCK GETTING A RESPONSE. My very first experience was kind of strange as the young man working behind the counter insisted on taking my cell phone and car keys and setting them behind the counter for me while he provided a tour of the place. My second visit today was nice and the young lady working around 4;30pm was very informative and answered a lot of questions I had regarding the body wrap therapy for my 95 year old back when I’m really only 40 years old.
