The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful. I took a screen shot of a coupon for a free tan because I am going to Puerta Vallarta for 2 weeks and I didn’t want to burn. She showed me the one week free tan thing and hooked me up. So, I will get my 3 tans done b4 vacation so I don’t burn. Yea! But next time I go somewhere which would require me to get a tan it will be Desert Sun. Thank you guys, you rock!

I’ve always found every person that works here SO helpful and wish I knew all of their names. Shelly helped me today and she spent time making sure I was comfortable with my tanning choices. Emma has also been SO sweet and nice. They all offer me options for upgrades. Sometimes I’ve taken them and sometimes not but never feel pressured. I appreciate knowing the upgrades and sales so I can make the best decision but they’ve never pressured me no matter my decision to say yes or no. I’m tanning in preparation for a trip and each employee has taken time to make sure all my questions are answered and my needs are met.
