I was helped by Erin who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I told her my wedding is in a few months and I need just a nice glow for the day and automatically she knew what I needed and answered all my questions while going over how it all works. She helped me chose which level would be best and was very patient and picked out all the lotions with me and talked to me about each and which was best for skin and my ultimate goal look. The room and lobby felt clean and comfortable. Went here for the very first time and the first time I’ve tanned so I’m new to it all! I was helped by Erin who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I told her my wedding is in a few months and I need just a nice glow for the day and automatically she knew what I needed and answered all my questions while going over how it all works. Critical: ProfessionalismWhat ever you do, NOT give them access to your credit card. I canceled my membership at the beginning of September and continued to be charged into December as if I was holding my account, even after speaking with the owner. I canceled my membership at the beginning of September and continued to be charged into December as if I was holding my account, even after speaking with the owner. I have not been tanning in years, but I am preparing for a summer getaway and I want to look my best. Shelby helped me with my needs and got me the best package that fits my needs. I also got great recommendations for lotions to use on my face and body and she was super professional and so kind. Just so comfortable to work with, and she added that she was new, but she took care of me like she had been there for years.

The salon is clean and Stephanie W. is truly above and beyond helpful. They have a verity of top of the line equipment that is well kept and maintained regularly (no one likes a burnt out bulb or dusty acrylic). Stephanie and the girls are Knowledgeable about the equipment, skin care, safe tanning practices, as well as COVID cleaning requirements and restrictions. Everyone is super friendly and never pushy. 15 minutes twice a week has been my savings grace in my 30yr battle with Eczema. The UV rays help clear and prevent breakouts and the vitamin D naturally boost immunity energy, and mood.I even heard that you have a red bed that helps essential shift workers regulate their system and sleep schedule. The entire world is rapidly changing and fighting to survive. DS is no different, but with employees like Stephanie who “refuse to let COVID be an excuse for bad service.” Her commitment to fighting COVID19, protecting staff, customers, and and the community is amicable and an asset to this company.For 15 minutes im getting a little bit of normal back!
