This was my first time getting a spray tan done and I was so nervous! They were super sweet and walked me through step by step to ensure I had the best experience. I loved it, so quick and easy. It’s the second day and my tan has developed into such a great color. No orange or streaky lines. I’ve already gotten so many compliments and I will definitely be coming back! She was the only attendant at the front when I came in and there were a lot of people in line, but she stayed calm and polite. I’m not sure if there was someone else on break or just not available to help in the 10-20 minutes I was there, but that would be my only recommendation to Desert Sun. Providing additional help at the front so one person isn’t bombarded would be better for the customers and your employees. As for the establishment itself, the bed and room I used was clean and ready to go. It was nice to just be able to use it when I was ready and not have to clean myself. Courtney was so sweet and patient with me when I went in for my first visit. I had a lot of questions and she was very helpful. She was the only attendant at the front when I came in and there were a lot of people in line, but she stayed calm and polite. The only down side is the inconsistency in pricing in regard to add-ons. It seems to be dependent on the location and the staff. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityFirst time user, taking a trip to warmer skies soon thought it might help. Room was clean, tanning bed sterile (that’s important to me).One recommendation though, kill the front desk noise. Either place signage so that people are respectful of fellow tanners or better insulate rooms. My soothing, warm trip to fake paradise was interrupted by loud people in the lobby, my door was attempted to be opened by someone not understanding the process.Tanning beds ban be a little claustrophobic so having someone loud and bumping the wall or door outside your room was not, enjoyable.But I got really nice color on first run through.
