Staff is very friendly. I just joined as a Silver member and the one and only silver bed has been down since I started going there. I was upgraded to the gold beds 3 times and was told today I have to go to another location as I can not use a gold bed again at their location. The other location is out of my way and not at all convenient. Not a professional way to handle this at all. I cancelled my membership today and will be going to Beaches as of April.

I have a skunk tail down the lower part of my body and legs. It’s a tan strip. It did not tan me evenly AT ALL and it isn’t going away. I went tanning for the first time again in YEARS back in late May. I used to tan every now and then at the gym right down the street and never had a problem with their flat beds. The one star is for the lady at the front. She was very nice and did tell me to choose a different option since it had been awhile. However, whether it’s been 5yrs or one day, a tanning bed should never leave you with an unending skunk tail for a tan.

Horrible customers service. Bulbs were out in super tanning bed, month later still not fixed. They lied about the bulbs being replaced and sent me to another super with a mattress on it. I don’t think tanning beds are suppose to have that. It’s apparent management doesnt care. The one has good beds but the staff there is a bit rude. In all not happy with this place. Cancelled after one month. Beaches tanning next to the goodwill is awesome!
