I wished I would’ve read the review posted about the new girls before I wasted my money. This place is ridiculous they turn away a monthly membership user when clearly on their website and painted on their door it says they close at 8 pm on Saturday and I walk in at 7:01 as another customer is leaving the rude blonde girl Alisa who is supposed to be working had already turned off all the lights and said sorry we are closed. Alisa work on learning some manners because here’s the thing in every place of business closing times should be posted correctly online and permanently on place of business and that time doesn’t mean you can start to close up early just because you wanna leave and go home early.

Avoid this place at all costs. My mother was a customer of this tanning facility for YEARS. They have hired some new girls who think because they were given minimum wage and put behind a cash register they’re above God himself. I gave my mom a ride to go tanning and there was a chunky red-headed girl sat there and treated her like she was scum. She rolled her eyes, was rude, and straight up mocked her. Is that really how we treat customers? What happened to customer service? While my mother was tanning there was another lady who left after finishing her session and again the fat red-head made fun of the lady for the way she walked. I’m appalled this kind of behavior is allowed in any business establishment. I called later that day to speak to a manager and express my concerns and I was hung up on repeatedly. If they don’t clean house with their employees they will be out of business soon…..there are way better tanning salons within mere walking distance of this place that know how to treat they’re customer who choose to spend their hard earned money at they’re store. They have lost a loyal customer in my mother for life.

Went at 10:30 on a Sunday. They had not one but two signs saying they opened at 9 and ‘New hours’ stating they opened at 10:00. This has happened several times, won’t be going back!
