Critical: QualityI asked and paid for a balayage but received regular highlights. Angelica was nice, however my hair color/style is not balayage. I also paid $45 for toner which was left on my hair for maybe 10 seconds at most. I asked and paid for a balayage but received regular highlights. Angelica was nice, however my hair color/style is not balayage. I also paid $45 for toner which was left on my hair for maybe 10 seconds at most. The highlights are not blended and different shades of brown and blonde sadly.
