Got a Groupon, went in and couldn’t get IPL due to getting botox. Wish they would have asked prior to appointment. Wanted to get hair removal done but couldn’t do that instead. Been trying to call and reschedule and have had zero success. Don’t waste your time and money. Doubt I will ever get the treatments I paid for.

I have been getting IPL treatments done with Dr. Alexandros To get rid of my brown spots! She is so gentle and thorough. The office is very clean and the staff is very nice and organized. I enjoy my visit every time I come in, I can’t wait to continue treatment and try other packages that she offers! Up next is laser hair removal and body sculpting! If you want a treatment done where you actually SEE results then you HAVE TO go to Dr.Alexandros she’s the best of the best and I trust her to do anything that she offers. Make your appointments!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityPurchased 2 coupons for med laser. Made an appt for a Brazilian laser, but when arrived was informed the Dr/tech does not do Brazilian lasers only bikini. I called and left numerous voicemails for two months for a 2nd appt, and was unsuccessful. Left several voicemails and no call backs. Last wk of Sept they answered, placed me on hold for 20 min, set an appt for Oct 5 and when I arrived the clinic was closed. I called twice and no answer. Waited for 30min in case they were running late, but nothing. I have called several times since then and left messages and no call back. Finally on Oct 12 I left a low rating review on Groupon,identical to this one. The receptionist called, and asked me if I was a new customer, I said yes, but I’m not interested in the service any longer she, said, “good cuz your rude, go get your money back from Groupon”. The worst front desk administers alive. It’s almost funny how rude and terrible they are at simply making appointments for when the clinic is open but they couldn’t even manage that. For one of my appointments that was scheduled for a time the clinic was closed the woman told me I needed to be flexible when I called to reschedule. Best of luck to anyone else to attempts the endeavor.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I paid $450 CASH for Botox. They would not give a cost per unit (unusual) and the price included a touch up a week later (also unusual). But I had signed up for a Groupon for another procedure so I went ahead Whatever they injected did almost anything after 6 days. I have had Botox for several years and $450 should be sufficient for a good result on the first visit. I then called to alert them of the poor outcome and cancel my Groupon procedure. The day before my so called TOUCH-UP they called me to cancel saying the Dr. had a death. I was leaving town and so they blamed me that I couldn’t get my touch-up and were unwilling to refund ANY money. I sent them pictures of the horrible results and they accused me of trying to commit fraud!!! How Absurd! They agreed IN WRITING that they would return my money after I signed a waiver produced by their attorney. it has been 5 months and after repeated attempts to receive my refund I have received nothing. They are unethical, unprofessional in every way and I want to protect EVERYONE from this business. $450 buck down the drain and a lot of wasted energy for nothing. Read other reviews. They SUCK
