I love Selene so much. Not only as a hairdresser, but a person. She is truly wise beyond her years and an all around lovely soul. Every time I see her a feel better than when I entered. She’s a smart woman, and she’s very attuned I think to your style and personality. It reflects in her work. She has fixed some major mishaps from another stylist. I also want to point out this might be the inly salon in town that uses non ppd color (which is linked to cancer). Thanks Selene you really are the best

We’ve been in NM, from Georgia, for a year for my husbands job at LANL and I hit the jackpot with my salon selection! I always do my research on salons for where we’re traveling to for work and I read tons of reviews and look at all their photos and I chose Desert Coral Salon and I seen the owner, Pilar, after seeing nothing but 5 star reviews on websites and seen photos of her beautiful work and I also wanted the best hair extensions which is Natural Beaded Extensions and she’s certified to do them. Ladies, she’s the BEST! I’ve traveled all over this country and been to a ton of salons and I’ve never given a stylist a review like this or said that they’re the BEST I’ve ever been to. She’s very talented and great at what she does. She will listen to what you want, talk it over with you and then make you beautiful! You never leave disappointed. The salon is very relaxing and clean. I love the Kevin Murphy products that she sells. My hair has never looked as good as it does right now. I went to my last appointment a few days ago and I’m going to miss her so much! Highly recommend her!

I was recommended to see Pilar by a new friend whose hair I admired. You know how you’ve always wanted someone who knows what they’re doing to just make your hair the best it can be? She sized up my color, my hair texture, curl and cut, listened to my wishes and woes, and designed a plan to rescue me from the wrong color and cut immediately. I am so excited by my new color and highlights and haven’t felt so good in years. Pilar’s experience and ongoing dedication to the latest training in coloring and product really show.
