I have patronized this company since using their products at the Fechin Inn in Taos years ago. I’ve ordered from their website several times. This time, they did not ship my order placed over two weeks ago, which was a gift to a friend in Santa Fe. I requested order status again yesterday and this morning finally received a shipping notice. No reply to my emails at all, no explanation, apology, nothing. Abysmal service in this time of one hour deliveries from Amazon.
