The Clinic is at the ground floor level. I was 10 mins late when I got there, there were two front desk people who checks you in. They had me seated and I waited for the Nurse to call my name. I was told it will be awhile for Dr. Wise to see me since I was late which was fine. The Nurse called my name and did an intake since I’m a new patient. If you are new, you can go to their website and print the necessary paperworks for new patients. It saves time.

I’ve been going to DermWellesley for a few years now and they have helped me get the skin I feel most beautiful in and it’s increased my confidence so much. I went from wearing makeup every day to now only wearing when I feel like it because I’m so confident in my skin now. From the front desk to the doctors themselves everyone is so kind and helpful and actually care about you as a person. The office itself is so beautifully decorated and has tons of parking. When I’ve had a skin emergency and needed to get in they helped me right away. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you have any skin concerns or just want to protect your skin or feel more beautiful in your skin this is the dermatologist you want.

The entire office is amazing! From the second I stepped inside until the moment I left I felt so well taken care of. Barbara was phenomenal, she kept asking me throughout the procedure how I was doing and if I felt ok. The office is gorgeous. It feels like you’re walking into a 5 star experience. I cannot say enough good things about everyone in the office. It was busy and you could tell everyone was still smiling behind their masks! Thank you all!

Everyone I interacted with was absolutely lovely. I saw Dr. Droesch for a general skin check and some acne questions. I couldn’t have been happier with the care I received, Dr. Droesch and her nurse were knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I can’t wait to go back for some of their cosmetic procedures!

I met with Barbara St John and Julie today for a routine skin check and I was so impressed with both of them and the office. You walk in the front door and are warmly greeted in a beautiful waiting area. I was promptly brought in to the exam room and my exam- though quick and efficient- was extremely thorough and thoughtful. All my questions and concerns were discussed in a warm and compassionate manner. I asked about products but didn’t feel pressure. Highly recommend especially for health anxious people like me!
