I requested a consultation with Derm Physicians in Burlington because I was interested in laser hair removal. The woman who called me over the phone to schedule the consultation let me know that it was $75 for a consultation, and that this would be credited to the cost of treatment if I were to choose to have it done there. She refused to tell me anything about the cost of treatment over the phone, saying that I would have to come in to speak to a physician to get that information.

Dr. Masterpol is excellent! She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes time to listen to all concerns, and answers questions thoroughly. I always look forward to my annual skin checks with her. Also, the office staff is personable and kind, and the office is new and immaculately clean. Finally, with my appointment being during the pandemic, everyone at DermPhysicians made me feel safe with coming in (temp checks, mandatory face coverings, covid screening upon arrival). I highly recommend this office for all your dermatology needs.

The office staff at DermPhysicians of New England is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Masterpol is a wonderful physician who takes the time to listen to all her patients and work to implement the best treatment plan. She has recently treated both of my children for different types of acne and their skin looks amazing! After suffering with severe eczema for 8 years and repeatedly being given what I now know to basically be bandaids to the problem I went to see Dr. Masterpol. After one look at my skin and hearing about the great negative impact my skin condition had on my daily life and how much or restricted me she immediately took action to tackle the problem. She prescribed Dupixent which she knew would be met with resistance from the insurance company but she fought for me and won! I now exhibit no inflammation from my eczema and am now able to enjoy not just my day to day life but activities I have not been able to participate in since my initial flare up. Dr. Masterpol is truly the BEST – so knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients!

This past Friday I had a fraxel laser treatment with Lisa Samson. She was very gentle and explained all the steps in the treatment. Immediately I saw my skin changing for the good. I am so excited to see my skin as it heals . As for the down time it was minimal, 24 hours I was swollen but with moisturizer and sunscreen on, I am heading to work on Monday.
