I booked a facial for 9:30am & arrived at 9:15am just to find the door locked. I assumed they probably were not open yet. 9:30 came and I seen 2 girls show up with Starbucks in their hands so I went in and they told me my appointment was at 9am not 9:30 but I had written my appointment time down when I booked it but they said no. I asked if they could still take me and they said no, even though NO ONE was there & I live near by & no one is ever there. Now I know why. The girl went on to say they charge a $25 dollar fee for no-shows but will let me pass. I couldn’t help but laugh a little when she said that… Anyway, the tech was standing near the receptionist & she said they also require that people arrive at least 10-15 minutes before there appointment time. The part that strikes me is that I actually booked twice with them & was never told or asked to arrive early to my appointment. However, I technically did as I arrived at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment. That’s the type of customer I am. I arrive early and give at least 24 hour notice if I am unable to make an appointment. I asked if they do appointment reminders and they said yes but it looks like they forgot to call me. She then said they have a new girl working for them & she forgets a lot of things.. I don’t know what’s worse.. The bad customer service or hearing the receptionist blame someone else who is not there to defend themselves.. Anyway.. This was my experience with Dermology & if I could give them 0 stars I would.
