Heather is awesome! Very skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ve had 6 laser hair removal sessions so far and am seeing great results. Totally worth the money – I tried laser at another place before this using a Groupon, and unfortunately you get what you pay for. So happy to go to Dermlounge instead. The office is professional, friendly, and comfortable, and I love my results.

Lucy Smith at Dermlounge is amazing! I have been unhappy with the marionette lines around my mouth for sometime, so my daughter recommended I schedule a consultation at Dermlounge. I met with Lucy and she gave me her honest, professional opinion without pushing me to do anything extra. She listened to my concerns and recommended I get cheek filler, and not more expensive Botox, which would help lift the skin around my mouth. I really appreciated her honesty. Lucy was gentle, precise, and quick with the injections. At my follow up visit she even did a small injection in one spot because she said there was a slight “flat” spot, even though I didn’t notice it. Also, the office is clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and thorough. So if you have any esthetic needs, I highly recommend Lucy at Dermlounge!
