Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a client of DermFX for some time now. I love how easy it is to make an appointment and how quickly they get me in. Christina is the injector nurse that I request for every visit. Ive seen many injectors over the last 15 years but none have been as kind and patient as her. She might be one of the most pleasent people I have ever met. When it comes to your face you want to have an injector that is patient, understanding and a good listener. Good bedside manner is sooo important as this will be a person that you will see on a regular basis through out the years. She listens and and injects just how ask, as I am pretty particular, and never makes me feel neuratic about it. I have been a client of DermFX for some time now. I love how easy it is to make an appointment and how quickly they get me in. Christina is the injector nurse that I request for every visit. Ive seen many injectors over the last 15 years but none have been as kind and patient as her. She might be one of the most pleasent people I have ever met. When it comes to your face you want to have an injector that is patient, understanding and a good listener. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came in for my first time. I got botox and then asked about lip fillers. She sold me 1 tube and said it was enough to do my lips and skin said yes and all the extra I will put around your lips. Well it did nothing but take my 450.00. I went back to say nothing happened to my lips and the manger said it would not with one tube. I would need a lot more. If I new that I would never have bought 1 .I want a refund for bad service. The nurse even lied and said she told me. But I would never throw 450.00 away if I need 10 more tube.Very misleading. Very unhappy.I came in for my first time. I came in for my first time. I got botox and then asked about lip fillers. She sold me 1 tube and said it was enough to do my lips and skin said yes and all the extra I will put around your lips. I work in a medical facility and have had a lot of different nurses/doctors inject me but shes definitely my favorite so far and will continue driving to this location ( even though it’s out of the way) to be seen by her. Don’t normally do reviews but I’ve been to this location 2 times now and am extremely impressed with the staff, especially the RN April. I work in a medical facility and have had a lot of different nurses/doctors inject me but shes definitely my favorite so far and will continue driving to this location ( even though it’s out of the way) to be seen by her. Shes super talented, thorough and gives a great natural result.

Now I am back for more torture… but with their new Duet laser, it was not torture at all! Just mildly uncomfortable a couple times. Mostly not even any discomfort (although I do use lidocaine cream before my procedure.) I love DermFX. Private parking. Gorgeous décor. Comfortable. They get you into your appointment quickly. All the staff are knowledgeable and professional. LaserAway has nothing on them. Go to DermFX! Went for laser hair removal here many years ago and my results were excellent. Now I am back for more torture… but with their new Duet laser, it was not torture at all! Just mildly uncomfortable a couple times. Mostly not even any discomfort (although I do use lidocaine cream before my procedure.) I love DermFX. Private parking. Gorgeous décor. Comfortable.
