Amy & the staff a the Gilbert office were extremely nice and helpful! Amy answered all of my questions and went through different treatment options. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and we came up with a treatment together. The visit was not rushed and I did not feel like a number like at other dermatologist offices. Also, the office was very neat & clean! I highly recommend Amy & DermDox Dermatology!

This place is a ripoff I purchase two different packages one for hair removal of $1,200. And one for a 14 yr old gurl which I paid $800 or a little more. Which were made in çopies separated each reciept. I MISS ONE APPT FROM THE 1,200. I should have a amount of $1,150. I went in person they told me I wasn’t in the system some one else very kind help me looking up my name. And because of that they didn’t have no more option but tbyo speak to me in regards of the money I told them I wanted to get my treatments.

I was just 15 minutes late for an appt (bad weather delayed me) and was told I can’t b seen. I even put a deposit down 3 months ago. I said I would wait but Rena the receptionist said they only allow being 10 minutes late. REALLY!!! I should of asked for a manager but her uncaring demeanor was making me mad I just wanted my refund & get the hell out. I will highly NOT recommend the Sugarloaf office.

I went and saw Rebecca for a spot on my face. We discussed procedures for my skin while I was there. She suggested a lip flip. I had that procedure done that day. Ever since I’m having problems eating and drinking. It is getting better as time goes on but it would have been nice if she would have informed me of what may happen after a lip flip. I made an appointment to go back for what I thought was hydrafacial. When I got there they said it was for microneedling. I decided to do it . The procedure was quick under 10 minutes and it hurt so bad. Little did I know that they should have applied numbing cream to my face before this procedure. I literally had tears and had to hold my breath as she did it. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Rebecca for about 3-3.5 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist. I’m in my early 20s facing hormonal acne as well as hereditary skin conditions and she has been able to address everything I throw her way. A lot of the time, skin care and acne related issues are a long term process. If I ever come into the office feeling frustrated about my skin, Rebecca has a new trick up her sleeve. She has seen the best and worst of my skin but still continues to give me the care I need. She lets me be in control of my skin and doesn’t push medications on me. I would highly recommend going to this office for any dermatology related issues you may be facing.

Rebecca is a condescending b#$%&. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone! Saw her for 3 months and she never spent more than 5 mins w/me. And my problem still isn’t resolved. After all the antibiotics and topical ointments, EVEN a steroid injection, I STILL have the lesions on my face. Not once did she even examine them thoroughly; just kept prescribing something more, with little to no results.
