Dr. Raynham is a skilled and compassionate clinician. Her staff is friendly and caring. My first appointment in December was canceled but no one let me know. The person on the phone rescheduled me for March. When I let Dr. Raynham know about this, she rescheduled me for the next week. I would highly recommend this practice, but check to be sure your appointment is when it is scheduled, even if confirmed.

I went to Dermcare Physicians and Surgeons in Cambridge for the first time last week and it was a great experience! I was seen right away and was so thankful they didn’t have the typical wait-time that you often encounter at many doctor appointments. I saw Dr. Raynham who was extremely knowledge, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, everyone in the office was so pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Raynham and Dermcare Physicians and Surgeons!!

Very friendly staff. I saw Dr Raynham give an excellent and understandable lecture about distinguishing between cancerous and non-cancerous lesions on the head and neck. When I had an unknown lesion on my nail I called her office. She knew exactly what my problem was! I would highly recommend anyone with a derm issue to see her.

I have been a Helen Raynham patient for many years and continue to receive the very best care and professionalism. The staff is excellent and Dr. Raynham continues to identify potential problem areas and correct them very early. – an excellent dermatology practice.

Dr Raynham and her colleagues were well prepared with my information as I came to her practice as a transfer patient. I was seen punctually and was treated well. Dr Raynham was thorough in her exam and thoughtful in the information she provided to me.

I liked Dr. Raynham and her staff. They were definitely knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately, I was rushed through my appointment and felt like my concern was thrown under the rug of “female issues” even though my issue is a recent phenomenon. Some additional concerns – there’s no official office number for Cambridge, Arlington, etc. It all gets bucketed to the same automated voice machine, even when you dial through the intercom. You have to wait 5-10 minutes to get a hold of someone just to say that you’ve arrived at the office because they don’t let you in otherwise. Additionally, I had a concern over my treatment due to serious adverse side effects. I messaged through Patient Gateway and called the office the following morning. No response whatsoever or timeline of getting back to me. I’m disappointed in the service because I looked at these reviews and saw such glowing responses on multiple sites. I would have thought I’d at least get a response from the nurse or a call back. It felt as if my health concern wasn’t serious enough to merit a followup.
