Close to Natick center, and just over a mile from Wellesley College is where you will find the Dermcare Natick office. Initially known as the Wellesley office, which first opened its doors in 2007, we moved to the current location in 2015 where we could provide care in a larger office space. lt our Natick location, we treat all general dermatological concerns and conditions, such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. We also perform Mohs surgery, which has been shown to be one of the most effective ways of removing skin cancer and minimizes your risk of recurrence. At the Dermcare Natick office, we also offer cosmetic dermatology services including injectables, laser treatments, and chemical peels.

Let me just say my experience with dermcare has been wonderful. I had my appointment scheduled for months and suddenly my dermatologist went in labor so my appointment was cancelled. I was put on the cancellation list and within 2 days they had an appointment for me with Dr. Khristenko. Let me just say how amazing she was. She listened to my concerns and was so knowledgable about all types of acne. She was fabulous and I’m so lucky I have her as my dermatologist!

I had an appointment with Dermcare physicians in Natick. It was an emergency appointment made by my primary care physician. I went there on Friday, October 28. Both my wife and I were upset because I had a cyst that burst and it was bloody and we were panicked. We went into the appointment at 7:45 AM, met by two receptionists at the desk. My wife and I were distraught. I found zero compassion from both receptionists. I found them to be curt and rude and couldn’t get through the check in fast enough. My wife mentioned her concerns and the woman on the right said that’s inappropriate for her to tell them, to tell the doctor and she got up and walked away. We were both very upset. I met with Dr. Phillips and it was all very traumatic but she was professional. I found the two techs in the examination room lacking compassion completely. At one point Dr. Phillips left to get some thing and I was crying and both people were just staring at the computer completely ignoring me. I had to ask is there a Tissue and the woman’s response immediately said well there used to be a box here and finally she got up and found one. I am close to 70 years old and I felt devalued by the receptionists and by the techs in the examination room.

Really good doctors, terrible customer service. The secretaries did not put effort on trying to schedule a better time for an appointment and did not provide other solutions. My problem is coming back and they are being negligent about it. Horrible customer service, don’t go there.

Do not waste your time. Although I loved my first dermatologist, I had a fill in from another doctor while mine was on maternity leave and have never been treated so poorly. The nurse made me walk across the waiting room after I had cried in her office to take a urine sample and then walk back holding my pee. One of the front desk people yelled at me on the phone because of something the pharmacy messed up! The scheduling staff would call me at least once a week, a new person Everytime, and change my appointments. Then they would get upset with me on the phone with the scheduling even though they did not communicate in the office with who would change my appointments and such. They have made me cry many times in the waiting room and in the office. Never again going back.
