I was very impressed with the services and staff at this business. For starters, I had called the day before and they had a cancellation, and got me in the next day. The front desk was very polite, even though I arrived a little bit late (still in time for my appointment, but I needed to fill out New client forms) as I had a hard time finding the place. I filled out my forms, and they brought my into the room, which the setting in the office is very relaxing and welcoming. The lady that did my injections was very sweet and had a sense of humor which made me really feel like I had been coming there for years, much like at my other doctors office in the Bay Area. She did a great job on my face and walked me through the procedure every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you’re looking for professionals that are laid back, polite, and make you feel comfortable. This is for sure going to be my new go to place when I’m up here in Chico. I usually don’t write reviews, but I was so satisfied with the whole experience that this place definitely deserved all the stars possible. Thank you Derm Bar!

I have been a client at the Dermbar sense they first opened up in downtown Chico. I’ve never patronized a business as long as I have the Dermbar! For me that says a lot about the quality of the business. The facility is tranquil, cozy, and very clean. I’ve always felt very comfortable there. The staff is wonderful! It’s a really great group of beautiful women. All of them are professional, personable, and excellent at what they do! I’ve had a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and eyebrow waxing, but these days I go for a little Botox for my frown lines. I always leave feeling extremely satisfied with my experience and procedure. It’s a very quick and relatively painless procedure, but it does a world of good for my self esteem! The Dermbar even played a big role in helping me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day! I would have a very hard time trusting anyone else with my face!
