The office is clean, well maintained and everyone was following good safety protocols. The staff was very professional and efficient, very little waiting time in the lobby and in the exam room. The doctor and nurse were very thorough and detailed in explanations for me so that I had full understanding of the upcoming procedure. They made me feel like I matter to them. I highly recommend this practice.

Office Staff is always friendly when you arrive for your visits, regardless of how busy they may be…..Kristina is outstanstanding and has helped me with an issue I’ve had since childhood, that quite frankly no other Doctor even attempted to assist… it was just shrugged off…. If you’re looking for a new dermatology group, I highly suggest seeing Kristina at the Dermatology & Surgery Center. I’m glad I did !!

Though I arrived early for my appointment, I was called back to a room in a reasonable time. The nurse was very courteous and the doctor was prompt. The doctor seemed to be rushed but she took an appropriate amount of time with me.

Dr. Grevey was very kind. He was only in the room for maybe 5 minutes, but seemed nice enough. I would give 5 stars but felt there should have been more explanation for the treatment he prescribed for me. Also I had a few warts treated with calnthrodine ” beetle juice.”. She put it in a split on my knuckle. Couldn’t move my middle finger for 3 days.

The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 was because as a new patient after signing in, I waited for 30 mins before they realized they needed me to fill out paperwork. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and after getting called back to private room the visit moved pretty quickly.

Staff is super friendly from the time you enter to when you leave. I had virtually no wait time for my appointment.They make sure you are comfortable and are in no discomfort before and during any procedures. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my family and friends.

I have been to this location 2 other times for myself. Today my husband had a appointment which I attended with him. Dr. Gravey is an amazing doctor and I would recommend him any day. Dr. M Hickman on the other hand I would not let recommend at all. She was very unprofessional and rude. This is my husbands 4th time with staff infection and unfortunately we do not have insurance as we run a small business in the community. Being able to pay for anything would and is not a problem at all. I wanted labs done on him to make sure this infection was not in his blood stream as this can be fatal. But upon asking this you would have thought I had killed her dog. She was extremely rude and told us she was trying to save us money but not doing that. If u go here make sure she is not your doctor, because u are wasting your time.

Would highly recommend Dermatology & Surgery at their West Chester location. They are professional, efficient, and so kind. I went in for a skin cancer check and was out of the office within a half hour. Their offices have been nothing but flexible when it comes to rescheduling appointments and there are not excessively long wait times to see doctors!
