Waited 45 minutes for a less than 5 minute appointment with Ben Kilpatrick. He walked in and said oh are you here for redness on cheeks. Nope. After diagnosis about rash next to my eye, I said I had a few questions about some other stuff and he told me that since I was a fit in he would have to answer at next appointment. First, probably don’t come in pointing out issues in face before patient speaks. Next, if I’m a ‘fit in’ tell me on phone AND don’t make me wait 45 minutes for 3 minute appointment. Finally, if I go to the Dermatologist, I expect to be able to ask more than one question. The worst!

Michelle and Jasmine are THE BEST!!! … and everyone else in the office as well!!! Even when Michelle was running a little bit behind… they announced to everyone in the waiting room to let them know what was going on… no worries to me because I just sat on my cell phone and shopped. I work as a hygienist in a dental office… so I know what it’s like to run behind. They made me feel so comfortable talking to them about some embarrassing issues I was having with my skin. Jasmine was great about repeating directions to me about the medication they prescribed… I honestly feel that this is the BEST Dermatology office I have been to in a very long time… thank you everyone for making my first visit so wonderful… looking forward to seeing you guys again soon!!!

Just went there today. For Mohs surgery. Doctor Callaway is the best!! I was so scared, and he made me feel so comfortable. Patrice the nurse was amazing too! She was very caring and explained every step to me. If u have skin cancer this is the place to go!

Michelle the PA is AMAZING!!!! She’s attentive and cares about her patients. I have been dealing with acne and dermatologist not listening to me. Switched to her and I am so thankful for it. ❤️

Waste of time… I was on time for my appointment and they had no respect for my time. Waited an hour and still had not been called to the back. When I went to the counter she called to the back and said that my charts/folder had just been sitting there and no one had grabbed it to call me back but others who got there after me were called before me. There was no point of having an appointment if your just going to be set to the side.

Good luck getting an appointment here. As a person new to the area with a spot on my skin that I really need checked, along with a psoriasis flair up, I had hoped to find a dermatologist who could help me. This place refused to schedule me to address my issues and said as a new patient I would need to wait 3 months for their first available new patient appointment, regardless of my needs. The scheduler then proceeded to tell me that I should call other dermatologists until I could find one willing to see me sooner for treatment. I sure hope this spot isn’t cancerous.
