I have been going to Dr. Coury for years. However, today I took my daughter to have some warts taken off. I was sent reminders through email and reminders to join their portal. I thought this was great because they finally updated their technology. Every year, I went there I had to fill out pages of paperwork. Why? Same information every year! So today, I didn’t arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment because I filled out all necessary paperwork online or so I thought. Nope, they made me fill out the paperwork as usual. They had all the information but I was trying to get them digital copies of our insurance and Guardianship papers to prove that I was the legal guardian of my daughter. And because I was past the 15 minute mark of the appointment, they said we had to reschedule. Seriously! Never again!

I saw Dr Pretzlaff about a month ago as I have a cyst on my head that is bothering me and needs to be removed. She was kind and efficient. She said to call back and schedule when I am ready. I called today (a month later) to schedule and ask how much I need to pay on the day of the procedure (its a 30 minute in office procedure). Got transferred around to different people all of which told me that even though they expect me to pay on the day of the procedure they cannot tell me how much as its based on the size of the cyst. The doctor measured the cyst just a month ago and I know there have been no changes but I understand they dont know that. I ask for the price based on the measurement from just a month ago they tell me they cant tell. How am I supposed to know if I can afford to get this done if no one can give me a price prior to the procedure? Now Im going to have to start over with a different dermatologist which sucks because I really liked Dr. Pretzlaff.

Dr. Diana Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever seen, we need more doctors In our world like her, she is dedicated, educated and skilled to serve humanity in her specialty, She truly gives her best efforts to heal people with her skills and intelligence, love, and charity. She is a doctor who truly serves her patients and is not in it for the money but to truly heal:) I highly recommend her:) never have I encountered a doctor like her:) So thankful to God for her:)

Got as far as scheduling an appointment with a lady that has the personality of a rock. What is it with doctors offices and complete lack of engagement with the person on they are speaking to? Medicine must be where miserable humans go to work. Cancelled and scheduled my business with someone else.

Two of my kids and myself have been to Dr Nguyen. She is A1 awesome. Office staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Nguyen is friendly and very helpful with questions. If I had 6 stars, she would get them.

I made an appointment at Dermatology Specialists for my child to have her teen acne evaluated. The appointment process was typical with bookings a week out for first available appointment. The wait was what I expected; we saw the doctor approximately 25 minutes after our appointed time. Dr. Coury examined my child and prescribed a topical cream and an antibiotic for which I asked her to prescribe an old school inexpensive type- not a new extremely pricey designer antibiotic. We were asked to return in two months and given coupons and samples before we left. The appointment was a reasonable price of $125. I went to pick up the prescriptions which cost almost $400 for the topical cream and $800 for the antibiotic.

They charged me 206$ in full and confirmed that no balance is due and then I received 85$ bill from some other company called Pro Path for some additional service that Dr. Coury ordered. I would have never opted for their service if I knew that a simple skin tag removal process would cost me 300$. No one is taking ownership now and Dermatology Specialist office sending me to Pro path and Pro path diverting me to back to the office.
