Support staff makes the difference. While the doctor and medical staff were pretty good (this is why i gave an extra star.) The woman who answers the phone and checks patients OUT was unprofessional and rude. My daughter and i were new patients, we were seen for an initial visit and then scheduled for follow ups. I needed to reschedule my daughter’s appointment due to scheduling conflicts and I had an almost impossible time reaching anyone on the phone at the office. I was forced to leave a voice-mail to cancel the appointment instead. I left specific information regarding her and the appointment. (Name, DOB, appointment date) When I arrived to see the Dr for MY follow up appointment she had canceled both mine and my daughter’s appointments. (appointments that were on separate days mind you..) when I told them this the front desk girl who checks in went to check with the other about it. The girl who does the phones spoke as though I wasn’t 20 feet away from her and all but said I was a liar and that I wanted to cancel both appointments. I didn’t appreciate the insinuation and the lack of professionalism. They were going to make me wait 30+ minutes to see the doctor so I went to my car and scheduled elsewhere. Nobody should have to deal with that kind of incompetent unprofessional behavior from support staff. My advise to her would be to own your mistake in the future and dont be rude if you’d like to keep patients.

I had such a great experience with Christy, she made me feel so comfortable and actually listened to me and my skin concerns. I also see Jennifer for laser treatments and absolutely adore her (and her services). Everyone in their office makes me feel warm and welcome, with the utmost professionalism.

When I first started services with them they were great had a whole plan to take care of my scarring. This last time I went in for a Facial the tech was careless didn’t even mention the plan and felt like she wanted me out of there and rushed me out. Will not be returning there

Had my 1st laser vein treatment today. As you walk into the soothing colors of the office you’re greeted by a cheerful receptionist. My treatment was done by Jennifer who was very professional. She took the time to explain everything, how the machine works & what I’ll feel & what to expect at my follow-up. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable & was quick moving through the laser treatment. I’m very happy with the results & look forward to my 2nd appointment in April.

The staff was very friendly, talkative and communicative. Very beautiful and happy environment to be in. The location is brand new and looks very modern and cleanly. It is easy to pay and get a receipt and the doctors, nurses, and assistants have all always been very kind and friendly. They were able to handle my issue very quickly, and I no longer have dermatological needs!

Christy is knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her for skin care needs! She helped me address my adult acne with a combination of easy to find over-the-counter topical meds with an inexpensive prescription medication. She didn’t require a consultation for expensive skin care products or a complicated regimen (in fact she was blown away with everything I WAS using at my first appointment – and not in a good way). 6 weeks later and my skin looks as good as it has in years!

Our first visit to this office was wonderful. Very friendly and efficient staff. Christy is very knowledgeable and great with kids. Our youngest does not like strangers and felt very comfortable to seek treatment with Christy. I would highly recommend Christy and her staff.
