My very first visit was for myself and 3 year old daughter. I went to the front desk to check-in and realized we had a time mix up for the appointment. I wasn’t upset, I was okay to reschedule my appointment to another day but the front desk clerk tone was so uncalled for. She immediately caught an attitude and kept saying well we have no time to get toys in today. I said, that is fine, I didn’t asked to be rushed in today. I can make an appointment for another day.” She didn’t even want to reschedule me there. She stated more than once for me to reschedule myself online. There was no line and another lady being helped by another front desk clerk. The lady tone was so harsh that even the other clerk and the other patient looked at us. I was able to make the appointment after saying I would rather make it now, so I won’t forget and mark it in my phone calendar. Once I got home and thought about the level of uncomfort I felt at my fist encounter here, I decided to call them back and just cancel my next initial appointment. I would rather go somewhere and spend money with another office that hopefully every staff member is warm and welcoming.

The doctors and nurses were great during my surgery. Very professional and caring. The scheduler was very friendly every time I called to see if there was an earlier opening. Out of the blue, she called me and said they had a cancellation and I was able to get in a month earlier. I got caught up in the post pandemic shutdown backup. I will start my positive review with the office staff, who are always the first contact for any doctor appointment. The entire front desk staff is beyond efficient and helpful. They are all accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly, especially Suzanne and Stephanie. Our first visit was with Nicole Lazzaro, RPA, total body checks for my husband & myself. She is very experienced & knowledgeable and checks every area that might be questionable, which was good because in my case, two small biopsies turned into surgeries. Surgeon Ezra Hazan MD was experienced, skillful and explained everything. The nursing staff are all wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, and explain the procedures and answer questions, especially Reneé, RN, who always seems to there to assist on almost all visits & procedures. Dr Vine always personally calls to follow up. A+++++++

I recently saw Dr. Hazan for a procedure on my forearm. He was careful and kind, and was very skillful with his hands. The nurse was nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Vine followed up with a phone call the next day to check on me. I see Dr. Lazzaro from time to time on my other skin issues, she is my best dermatologist. I am very thankful for all they have done.
