Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona’s Sierra Vista office was established in 2013 by Dr. Christopher Weyer and Dr. Jamie Moenster. Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona took over the practice of Dr. Richard Weyer upon his retirement, to continue to provide care to Cochise County residents. This is the only office in all of Cochise County to offer a fellowship trained Mohs Surgeon and a board certified plastic surgeon, in the same office. Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona offers a full line of cosmetic services, including medical grade skin care treatments, chemical peels, laser, and more. In October 2017, the location moved to 150 S. Coronado Dr. to expand our services and offer additional space to our patients and staff.

For twelve years, it is has been necessary to have medical services from this practice. The majority of the the time, services rendered have been excellent. When there has been an occasional bump in the road, the problem has been satisfactorily resolved. In one case, of excellent service, an emergency removal of a melanoma, a lengthy procedure, was done the same day when it was realized our local hospital not only failed to remove the growth the first time, but dropped the ball promising to redo the surgery, but never did. There is a comfortable waiting room for MOHS Surgery patients supplied with snacks, coffee, water and other cold drinks (pictured)!

I honestly didn’t even get to the appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude. Told me at first that my insurance that I have had for years couldn’t be verified and then when we got past that, said my insurance wouldn’t pay to have a skin tag that is messing with my vision removed. I was talking to my Mom while on hold that my doctor did it with no problem and she says in the phone, that is fraud! Won’t be going there! Don’t need that kind of customer service in my life! Maybe they won’t cover it, we’re in a different year, but didn’t like the snottyness! If that’s even a word! Lol You get what I mean!

I got a fat transfer 4 years ago from my hips to my breast and I don’t see a difference. My breast look exactly the same before the sergery and after sergery. I’m angry that I spent over $5000 for this sergery. This was a terrible waste of money that I will never get back. I will never go back

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Moenster and staff make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They are compassionate and diligent on addressing any concerns no matter how small a detail. Dr. Moenster herself even contacted me personally after my procedure and was already home just to make sure I didn’t have questions and to make sure everything was going ok. I can’t thank everyone enough for making this experience a great one.

Dr. Moenster and her team are clean, professional & diligent. She handled my plastic surgery case with care. She is knowledgeable & great at what she does. She was prompt in post op surgery questions through their online portal. Their patient care coordinator, Linda is top notch. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was quick and we were ushered in almost immediately for our pre-exam interview. The doctor came in as soon as we were gowned.
