There are a few reasons I stayed here for a long as I did. One I really like the assistance to Roschel. I wasn’t a huge fan of him but the location was close. Now the tattoo shaming I could set aside because they are dermatologists and that’s literally their job. But what is a deal breaker for me is a triage nurse befitting me due to antibiotic allergies and refusing to do her job to assure me, the patient, gets the proper antibiotic for the wound.

Been coming here for years, but finally had enough. These people are always extremely rude and uninformed. I tried to call to reschedule an appointment and talked to an extremely rude representative, who hung up on me after I insisted I needed the ephrata office and couldn’t do the lancaster one. I will not be coming back anytime soon!
