Appointments are always made quickly and easily. Doctor Rosenman is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and explains clearly so you understand. Your appointment will be on time in most cases, which is unusual for most doctors offices. I highly recommend this practice. I’ve been a patient here for about 20 years.

Lousy place, the front desk staff are rude. I tried to make an appointment and Christine discriminated against me because I used to have insurance plan they didn’t accept. I have insurance that they do accept, and they wouldn’t take it. She looked at my new insurance card like it wasn’t real. Christine never had the decency to call back with an appointment. Another front desk member, a very old lady with sunk in eyes huffs and puffs when you ask her something. Mr. Bucantis’ review was spot on…Dr. Leventhal is a great doctor, but the front desk staff are not great.

Until they merged, this office was fantastic…I have been a patient for many many years. Now, they are absolutely horrible. Visited 6/27 and as of 7/20 still have not gotten any response verifying coverage to begin treatment. 4 phone calls, 4 different people, 4 promises and still NOTHING!! Total disregard for the patient. Should just close the office down! Must say though. Dr. Leventhal was great…sad but you just can’t get to her.
