I had been going to this practice for years. I went there for a scheduled appointment in November and was told my appointment was cancelled because I had a past due balance that was sent to collections. OK that is fine but I was given no notice and this was announced out loud in the reception area in front of other patients in the waiting area. What about privacy? I was treated like a lowlife. Never going back.

There are serious gaps in back office operations. It took four weeks to get a pre-authorization submitted and then they sent it to the wrong insurance company. Just contacted customer service and their records do not reflect the fact that that preauth was approved a week ago. This is the second time in two years I’ve tried to complete this process with this company. This will be my last attempt — moving elsewhere if they can’t get their act together.

Not a problem with the staff during the visit. Friendly, fast and efficient. Needed a biopsy. Doc said call the office if you haven’t heard anything about test results in 10 days. Called day 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. Finally day 17 I was able to reach not the office I went to but a Philly office who had to give me my results over the phone. Then like magic after I get my results, I receive one electronic bill and two paper bills all within 3 days. All for different amounts. I will never visit this practice again or recommend them.
