My visit with Brandi was a wonderful and eye opening experience. I have never felt more heard and seen by a doctor than I did during this visit. She didn’t make me feel self conscious about my picking habit and didn’t make me explain 101 reasons why I wanted my mole removed. She simply said if I don’t like it let’s remove it. The process was so easy and fast and I really loved that she supported what I wanted for myself. Truly an amazing doctor!!

Two concerns: 1. I could hear everything being communicated by, and to, a patient who was in an adjoining room. This is a hugely problematic HIPAA violation; 2. I was told, when I called to schedule, that the appointment would be 30-45 minutes long. After one hour, I was still waiting to be seen, and was informed that this was due to the office being short-staffed. To me, this illuminates their focus on profit over client care. Their time is what they value, not ours.
