Sarah Todd missed a malignant melanoma on my nose. I even went in pointing it out to her, saying it was a “new and changing” spot on my nose. Instead, what she did was fixate on a birthmark I had my whole life on my back which was fine. My face is now completely disfigured, part of my nose is missing, I have scars under my entire eye, nose, and cheek, and I also had to have my neck cut open for a sentinel lymph node biopsy because with that much time passing it had grown to a bigger stage. I was told to come back in three months for her to look at my nose. When I came back at 3 and 4 months, she ignored my nose and again fixated on my “unchanging” “not new” birthmark on my back I’ve had my whole life and another dermatology practice had told me was fine, missing the melanoma again. I’ve suffered through a 12-hour MOHS surgery which could’ve been much more minimal had she listened to me and biopsied it on my first visit or at the very least the second visit for a re-check.

A colleague recommended Dr.Todd for a dermatology whole body exam. Though I was hesitant to admit it had been 20+ years since my last one, she & her assistant, Michelle, instantly put me at ease. Dr.Todd was very respectful & gentle & gave me immediate feedback on what she saw, educating & reassuring me about causes & solutions. When I voiced concern about a couple new “growths” she presented the options, was open to what I chose, and we scheduled for a quick procedure right away. Overall, it was a very positive experience from the moment I walked in the door!

I saw Dr Todd for an issue I’ve been dealing with for literally years. Everything I tried in the past barely made a difference, or made things worse. I was told there was nothing I could do to fix it, just to manage flare ups. Dr. Todd prescribed a different medication and within a week my issue was completely resolved for the first time in years.
