The office staff and medical assistants are very professional and respectful. Martina helped me find skin care products that work with my acne to help it without causing more breakouts. I normally do not do bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience here today I walked in for my appointment and gave them my ID and insurance cars and the receptionist says oh we don’t except this so I said when I made my appointment I told you what insurance I had and she rolls her eyes and says well you can pay $100 dollar deposit like excuse me I gave you all my information before I came in to this office and I took off of work just so you can tell me this. I would not recommend this place at all sorry not sorry

Amazing experience with this practice. The staff always seems very nice and there is very little wait time to be seen. Dr. Payne is probably one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever encountered and she did a great job explaining everything and addressing my concerns.
