I love this practice in Macungie. The PA is very knowledgeable and responsive. She is thorough and explains everything. The office is well run and so accommodating if something unexpected arises. I think it’s unusual to find a dermatologist like this one. So convenient right in Macungie with extensive hours. I do wish there was a number that you could call the office directly… it seems there is a central answering service , but I could be wrong. I’m sure I could ask next time I’m there. Certainly not a game changer.

The medical assistants are always kind. Nicole Schnell is my practitioner currently and she goes above and beyond to make sure my questions are answered. I feel heard and supported. This is an excellent facility !!! The staff assisted me with getting established as a new patient and they were super helpful. The doctor I saw was absolutely amazing ! I’ve been getting annual, full-body derm exams for about 10 years. Dermatology Partners is the fourth practice I’ve used in that time, mostly because whenever I changed jobs, I’d have to find a new dermatologist that was in my health plan. I hope I can stay with this practice for a long time. Their facility is clean and roomy. Their Staff seem friendly and efficient. The PA who did my exam explained everything she was looking for and what she found. I didn’t feel rushed like I had felt in a couple of the other dermatology practices I’ve gone to for my annual exams.
