I had a terrible experience at the king of Prussia office. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted about a doctor’s office; I am a healthcare professional so truly understand the demands medical teams face these days. However, that’s not an excuse to provide inadequate patient care and zero patient follow up. The in person office experience feels rushed and, most importantly, my visits to Dr. Carroll have not adequately addressed my medical concerns. When calling the office with a medical or prescription question, you are often met with rude, abrupt and unhelpful personnel. I’ve been left on hold for 20min at a time. After going through all of this trouble just to leave a message for the doctor, no one then follows up to return my phone call. I was frustrated to the point of tears after spending hours of my day calling with two simple questions and getting no response back. When I expressed my concerns, a receptionist asked if I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I gratefully said yes, because the doctor was not returning my calls or sending the necessary paperwork to my pharmacy for my prescriptions. I just needed someone to take the time to help me. She said that she would leave my phone message with her supervisor and he would call me. However, the supervisor never called me back either. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I will be changing to another dermatology office; one that takes adequate time and provides better care for patients.

The doctor is professional, but I just want a Doctor’s note for my son to go to school. It takes 3 days and too many calls but the school still not get it. The lady who answered the call is not that nice, not solving problems, not empathy，makes me feel frustrated. The only thing I want is just a note. Now I have to pick up my son from school just because we don’t have the doctor’s note!

Probably the best patient experience I’ve had at every step of the way. I called a few minutes before close on a Friday and the admin was polite and happy to schedule an appointment for me within a few days. The intake paperwork was convenient to complete on the portal. The physicians assistant was attentive and really took the time to listen and ask me about my condition and the history. Dr. Brown prevented my condition from becoming serious by implementing a treatment strategy much more comprehensive than what urgent/primary care was able to offer. Would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dermatology care.
