I attempted to call to see if I had to reschedule because I was late for my appointment. I tried to get through a number of times but kept going into messaging when I get button number three. I would have appreciated and able to cancel the appointment if necessary because I did not feel that I got sufficient time with the doctor. He was very good and efficient at what he did and I appreciated being there with him however I feel I got less than what I had hoped for for an office visit is far as time goes. We were not able to do one of the nitrogen procedures for brown spots that I had. In the future I would like to know that I can get through so that I can cancel appointment if there is insufficient time for me to be there on that particular day. Thus the four stars are enough for the doctor and his time but for the office Front staff that I was unable to get through to.

I just switched to this place from one of the larger health systems for my dermatology needs. I had a basal cell carcinoma a few years ago and was not thrilled with the removal or the care plan moving forward, so I sought a new provider. I’ve been very pleased so far with Derm Partners. They’ve provided me with a much more robust care plan for my skin which is exactly what I needed.

Dr. Cevasco is great. He found skin cancer on my back where I couldn’t even see. He was able to remove it, and no problems since! I will always get checked annually – if this had gone longer, could have been a while different story.

I am very disappointed with our visit today. When I called to make an appointment (several months ago) for my daughters spider angioma they accepted my appointment and acted like they treated this. I know what this is because I have been treated for it myself and even asked the woman on the phone if they treat it. When we went to the appointment they gave me many vague answers for about 3 – 5 minutes and then informed me they do not treat it and referred me to two other places that do by writing just the names on a piece of paper without any contact info. But of course I was charged an office visit fee and I had to take my daughter out of school for it. I contacted the two other offices they referred and now have to wait another 2+ months to be seen by them. I am extremely disappointed with our experience.
