Walking into the waiting room, I could already feel the tension in the 3 different parties that were waiting to be seen. One of them being a gentleman who was standing at the window waiting to be checked in. A woman on the other side said “have a seat we’ll be right with you.” My husband goes up to the window to check in, she does the same thing. (Doesn’t open the window either time) She eventually checks him in and was as unpleasant as she was when we first got here. The woman who came out to get my husband told me that they don’t let anyone else back so I sat down. The next couple in line heard that an immediately started to fuss in the waiting room. When it was their turn to go back, the woman tried to tell them the same thing. The gentleman said “no, my wife is coming too” and she said “okay, that’s usually our policy.” Now I can hear the women in the office talking smack about those customers. This place is so unprofessional and the staff members are rude.

I love Dr. Lebowitz, he is the only dermatologist, to date, that tried more than an antibiotic for my acne. My face has never been clearer. The reason I am giving his office a 3 star is because the rates for care went up from $90 to $130 to $150 in a single year. I pay out of pocket so this is a big deal. No payment options either, pay up front without being seen yet. Also I am always left waiting for at least 20-30 mins in the lobby after my apt time. Even when I come early. Rant over. Not happy.

Absolutely terrible place!!! I had a tiny wart i needed to get removed. Dr. tried freezing the wart off and nothing happened, went back for a second time and he tried freezing it off again, still nothing changed. The 3rd time i went back i said that freezing it isn’t doing anything and i requested them to burn it off or try something new and they refused to do so and ended up freezing it again. Now here i am a month later and the wart is now huge and has multiplied. They do absolutely NOTHING to try and help you. All they want is your money. Iv spend hundreds of dollars trying to get this small wart removed and they did nothing but take my money and make it worse! Absolutely ridiculous. I will be going elsewhere to see a different doctor.

The worst doctor in Hanover. Went in for a spot on my skin. Asked them to check my back because I had other questionable areas of concern. They refused and said I needed to make another appointment for that, even though I was already sitting in their office. This appointment was just for this one spot they said. After taking a sample of the spot on my skin, they quickly ushered me out without any instructions on how to manage the wound. No paperwork given. Received letter from them 3 weeks later saying it was basil cell carcinoma on neck and scalp. They did not even look at my neck and scalp and only took a sample of the one spot in another area. They also said they did a complete skin check. Lie. They would not even look at my back when I asked them to. I would not recommend this place. We’re now having to start over with another more honest dermatologist. Btw, we did not even see a doctor. It was a PA, yet we still had to pay for a doctor.
