Visited the Canandaigua office yesterday and I’m very happy with this practice. Unlike some other reviewers, I found the receptionist to be very polite and helpful. Likewise, the nurse and doctor were great. Had a full body check and a growth removed, I felt the care was excellent and all my questions were addressed

The other reviewers are spot-on: the medical staff is very courteous and attentive but the receptionists are by far the rudest of any medical practice I’ve been to. They interrupt while you’re speaking, mismanage your inquiries, and act like you’re wasting their time by calling (and you have to speak to them because the phone service doesn’t take messages!). It’s so easy to be nice.

We treated horribly by front desk staff. They are very curt, non attentive and down right rude. Love the doc and nurses but not the front desk staff. Unprofessional. In every sense of the word.
