Dr. Kao was very professional and did an excellent job! It’s unfortunate that I was not impressed by the staff several of them were rude when I called in for my test results. I was lied to about results not being ready when I called for them. I was taken into a room for multiple excisions and the bed was dirty! As a former Medical Assistant I find this COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! If you are going to go to this office I would make sure that you see someone clean the bed before you sit on it! I had a follow-up appointment in the Bloomington office while Dr. Kao was on vacation for suture removal and was told that I would see another doctor. The only person I saw was the medical assistant who removed the sutures.

My husband saw Luke Walters, PA and we were both thoroughly impressed with the care he received. The staff was personable and helpful and Luke was extremely thorough in his evaluation and hubby reported that “he really liked that dude”. We were grateful for the head to toe examination and relieved to find out answers to the concerns we had. I would encourage anyone in the Pontiac area with skin concerns to see this provider. Great job!
