From the initial moment I contacted the practice I have been impressed. The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Harvey is amazing. On our initial consult I felt like he actually listened to my concerns, he explained the procedure and asked several times if I understood or had any questions or concerns. I never felt like he was in a rush or tried to hurry me along. I went yesterday for the procedure. Dr Harvey and his medical staff were great in explaining what they were doing, sounds I might hear, checking in on me etc. If you want to be treated like a patient and not a name and number I would highly recommend them.

I have and was so excited about this place they made my quality of life way better. But since they filled an insurance claim wrong and there is a big misunderstanding they will not help me anymore. So I am going to miss the shot that helps my life because all they care about it money. I have never had a doctors office be so disrespectful and not care about their patients.

This was, by far, the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Peggy Troyer was the epitome of professionalism but she also was warm and funny, taking the time to know me as a person. Both she and Dr. Harvey called me with bad news, but immediately went into action, getting me in to see a specialist in Atlanta the very next day. Peggy has continued to stay in touch, answering questions and calming my fears. Although the diagnosis was a little scary, I feel safe and have immense faith in my doctors.

Today my visit to Dermatology Institute of Lagrange was made very pleasant by all of the smiling faces I encountered even behind the mask. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Once I was in an exam room Devon greeted me and asked how he could help. We discussed my needs then I was introduced to Peggy who explained in further detail what they would do to help me. Then they proceeded to take care of me quickly. A tip of the hat to both of them, thank you very much.

Dr. Harvey and all the staff that I have had contact with, probably 8 or 9 people, at the Dermatology Institute, have been great. All were concerned about my health and comfort and the aesthetic outcome of the Mohs procedure I had to remove a basal cell carcinoma. The initial examination by Jessica Beattie was the most thorough I have ever had. The spot on my neck that ended up being the basal cell had been missed by a nurse practitioner just a month or so earlier at a skin cancer screening held in Columbus, GA. Everyone at the Dermatology Institute have been courteous and informative, easy to talk with, answered all my questions, and they are all very professional. I’m glad they have an office in LaGrange because it is more convenient for me than the Newnan office would be. Another very nice thing is the short time spent in the waiting room. Even the day I arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment, I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Harvey and all at the Dermatology Institute to anyone.

They caught a skin cancer spot on my face that my previous dermatologist did not notice and were able to take care of it before it became a much bigger problem.
