Alicia and Jamie are super great, sometimes there’s a wait, but everyone is really friendly, so it’s not a big deal.

Who ever i just spoke with had the worst attitude. All i needed was some information about my upcoming appointments and she decided raising her voice and being rude was the way to go. I cannot wait for the manager to call me back. The lady who just assisted me after i requested someone else was very sweet. They are not all bad.

I will never go to that office again. Knowing that I needed some kind of a cream for my face, I was directed to call somebody at “Access care pharmacy” in West Palm Beach. I called the number I was given and was told they would get right back to me lol I’m still waiting. I do not recommend going to that office. I did not get to see a doctor at the office, I was seen by a nurse practitioner. My entire visit took 5 minutes. I’m so disappointed…..

If I could give less then zero I would. STAY AWAY from this practice. I saw a PA who gave me a cream that was working. On my follow up the nurse asked me the name of the cream I was on. I didn’t know the name of it off the top of my head. She got mad and said how do you not know the name. I told her they should have it in my records. She found it and couldn’t pronounce it herself. Dr J Marder came in he is the rudest most unprofessional Dr. I ever met. He changed my skin cream after knowing the original cream I was on was working. Within seconds of using the cream my skin was on fire. My skin literally burned off from head to toe. It’s almost 5 months later and I still have swollen legs and feet. My legs and feet are numb and the pain in my legs is horrible. My legs are discolored. Been to the hospital twice and numerous new doctor appts with multiple doctors. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place. When I tried to call this office for help I couldn’t even get through. When you leave a message your calls are not returned.

you don’t get to see a doctor. you see a PA (a physicians assistant). there is not doctor on site. there is one doctor for four clinics. there is one office manager for four clinics. you don’t even get to see the same PA every visit. very unprofessional atmosphere and seemingly unpleasant place to work. again – there is no doctor there. and their pa’s performance is rated by how many biopsies they perform – whether they are needed or not, they are pressured to perform biopsies.

Ariella is an amazing P.A.-C and Dr. Gutierrez is amazing himself. Never had a bad experience here. 100% recommend. Don’t let people that are clearly just impatient deter you from coming to see these guys. A+

I needed an emergency appointment for a severe itching of my scalp, and was able to get in that same day which was impressive. The office staff were very nice. I was seen within a half hour by a Nurse Practitioner accompanied by some other personnel in the examining room. To my great disappointment the NP looked at a small area of my scalp with the naked eye for approximately 5 seconds. It was NOT a thorough examination. Her diagnosis was generic “something that you are using must be irritating you.” I was given several Rx for Shampoo, Steroids, both oral and topical, etc., all chemicals! I am a nurse and when I researched the prescriptions, the side effects were the same symptoms that I was presently having. That same day, I did my own research, looked at pictures of my scalp taken with my phone, and saw clearly white patches and realized that I had fungal growth on my scalp due to very thick, dense, long hair that was continually wet from my grooming practices. The NP should have seen those patches had she taken the time and made a appropriate diagnosis. I purchased and began using organic healthy Tea Tree Shampoo, added Tea Tree and Peppermint Oils that are anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. I also stopped wetting my head daily and did my shampooing early in the morning and dried my hair in the sun before putting it up and my problem was solved without chemicals. I was sorely disappointed and wondered where are the practitioners who took time to examine their patients and render treatments that “Do No Harm” as the path they take.
