Virginia Mason billing is scummy- they charge for everything (don’t dare ask your Dr one extra question or they’ll bill you for the question as well as daring to breathe in their building) and have a bad billing system which ends up with bills sometimes going to different accounts.

Very poor patient care to start. Website stated specialty providers were taking new patients. Waited on the phone over 20 mins to be told that is not accurate and I can’t schedule. I will stick with UW medicine from now on.

There needs to be a review of Dr. Esparza. I had a small wart on my finger that needed to be treated. I went in about 6 times where every time he used nitrogen to burn the wart off. The process takes over a month to heal, painful, and a very disgusting thing to look at while it heals. It was evident towards the end that he was incompetent. The first few times, OK but it wasn’t getting better so I got a second opinion.

Dr. Masters is a miracle worker. I had acne for 8 years and had been to numerous dermatologist with no progress. Just when I was feeling hopeless I visited Dr. Masters and he immediately got me on a routine that has got my skin looking flawless. For the first time since i was a child i finally have clear skin. He’s really knowledgable and super sweet.

Warning: Way too expensive. They charge extra for everything. Doctor visit does not cover anything. Expect to pay $500 just for seeing the doctor with a high deductible insurance
