If I could give zero stars I would. As the relative of someone on Medicaid, I find it extremely disappointing that Bryan and his clinic will not file with any of the MCOs, even with out-of-network requests. There are no dermatologists in close proximity to Waterloo and Cedar Falls who will work with Medicaid patients, whatsoever. Just because someone is on Medicaid doesn’t mean they aren’t deserving of dermatological care. This particular policy is a great example of kicking people while they’re already down.

Outstanding professionals! They are very understanding, knowledgeable, great listeners and caring people. The office staff are very friendly in person or on the phone. I’m very pleased how they handled my problem. Knowing I needed to get in and take care of the problem, they had me come in the next day. Thanks to the medical staff! My wife and I get our annual checkups. Prevention is a good thing. Update on recent appointments. First off, I would give Rhian Gronewold a rating of 7 on a scale of 1-5 where 5 is the best. For years, while in Orange Beach, I was having a skin problem. The doctor I met didn’t know what I had, he came up with a different diagnosis each time. His answer was giving me a different prescription. Nothing ever worked. While home, the condition came back so I wanted another opinion. When I went to Rhian, she knew exactly what it was, gave me a shot in the areas and now they are gone. She is amazing!

I like coming to dermatologist appointments here because the appointments are always quick, and I’m usually out of there in 15 minutes or less after my original scheduled appointment. I also like it because the staff is very nice and considerate.
