Got there a little early, as I wasn’t sure exactly where I was going. Front desk staff very nice, filled out all my paperwork. They took me in early. Had a mole check, everything went very very well. The PA was wonderful! Very very pleasant experience.

Called to be seen as an emergency the woman I spoke to very nice fit me in right away. The front staff very rude! I called when I arrived the receptionist asked me all the COVID questions said I was all set to go in when I was walking in one of the front desk asked very rudely said I had to wait to go in until she asked an other patient the questions as well. As I sat in the waiting area I can see and hear two of the front desk ladies and one other staff dressed in scrubs speaking about me and and looking at me with the windows open and an other patient in the waiting area…red flag HIPPA! The doctor I was seen by very nice and pleasant. I walked out didn’t stop to check out with how rude and unprofessional the front desk was as I walked out I heard one of them say oh bye! Again I will be changing offices to a more professional and pleasant place. As a front desk you should always remember the position you were hired for and if you are not good working with patients that’s definitely not the job for you. I do wish the practice luck with the front desk staff.

I’ve had to see three different PA’s over the years. Sort of mad I didn’t get to see the actual Doctor considering it was/is an ongoing issue. AVOID Brian. Especially if you’re a male. Carol L. is knowledgeable and awesome, but she’s gone!!! Now I saw a third, and finally got a biopsy. Went back and they said all was OK, come back in 6 months. Well, it started bleeding and won’t stop without pressure. Now I am scared of how the problem is acting. I guess the PA turnover rate should be a good sign of how bad this practice really is. I NEVER did see a REAL DOCTOR. Over 4 years trying to get a solution or answers and never did. It’s my fault I gave them so many chances.

VERY long wait times. EXTREMELY rude staff and doctors keep changing!! I’ve had nothing but a bad experience at this place with my mom, I would rather drive an hour for better doctors and nicer staff. Don’t waste your time here literally, go somewhere else where your health won’t be in jeopardy.

Waiting 1 hour in the waiting room. Another hour in the exam room waiting to be seen. Lost 2 hours of work already and still don’t know when I’ll be seen. Been here to long now to leave. Worst service ever. Don’t ever come here!
