Dr. Knispel and his staff are very kind and professional. Dr. Knispel was very honest and straightforward. The procedure I wanted was not covered under insurance and while it was also not terribly expensive he assured me I was in no danger leaving the mole as it was not dangerous and would never be an issue.

This doctor is probably the worst doctor I have ever seen and I have worked in healthcare for 20 years. It was my first visit he rushed me through my appointment did not explain or ask any questions regarding skin cancer. Seemed to disregard my concerns. I was booked an appointment for today. I received texts Thursday & Friday confirming my appointment for 11:15 on July 16. Cut to this morning when I show up to find a closed office. I looked at their website which told me they are only open Monday-Thursday. Not sure how or why this happened, but it was extremely disappointing to drive 50 minutes (which I understand is not their fault, but does add to the frustration) for nothing.
