Dermatology Associates has the best team of dermatology providers and thorough in their assessments. I have always gotten outstanding care from Dr. Seeley and her team. Today I saw Jennifer Bower, her PA. She was great, friendly and thorough in the examination. They have multiple locations in the Richmond surrounding area, but I always go to the Midlothian office. It is on the 2nd floor in the 10800 Winchester Bldg on the corner of Kroger Blvd and Midlothian Tpke.

They charge higher fees for new patients and patients that haven’t been seen in 3 years. My son’s bill was so much higher than mine for the exact same appointment and diagnosis and they didn’t tell us he was considered a new patient again since he wasn’t seen within 3 years. However, he was still in their online portal so not sure why they get to collect more money for the same appointment as mine. Doctors are good, scheduling is pretty easy, but that’s pretty shady to not be up front about the fees before being billed. Would be better off using telehealth elsewhere next time.

no use at all … just making business. they can not even analyze the skin the allergy issue properly …totally useless association ..went two times….done with them. there is one assistant (half boiled rice) with nurse who is very rude and talking loud…hope someone will shut her mouth or send her for training on how to talk to patients

Highly recommend Dr. Braswell. What a kind, compassionate and empathetic doctor. Went in with my elderly mom who just had surgery and wasn’t feeling great. Dr. Braswell took her time and was so so kind to my Mom. She removed a squamous cell spot from her arm and biopsied another spot. I can’t express how much we liked her and her assistant. My only complaint is appointment desk could be a bit friendlier.
