My kids and I switch from another location to this one, we are HAPPY. Staff is always nice. Dr. Ridpath is nice and knowledgeable. When she enters, it’s always with a smile. The receptionist(s) is always nice. My appointments are always at reasonable times as in going along with the work schedule. The office is always clean and the service rooms. The medical asst. are nice and very knowledgeable themselves and very helpful. If I have to reschedule, never an issue, just have to do it ahead which is a reasonable request from the office. I like going to this office for my Dermatology needs.

I have seen Dr. Kaiser twice now after Dr. Uhle retired, and have been quite pleased with her manner and expertise.She comes across as caring and friendly and explains things thoroughly. The office staff is also quite nice though they once got me confused with a drug rep and took me in thru the kitchen. We all had a good laugh though and all was well. I will always miss Dr. Uhle and his unique personality but I expect to have a long professional relationship with Dr. Kaiser as well.

The local signage and directions to the new location on Righr Flank Road were excellent. Dr. Braswell was very knowledgeable about my previous history as demonstrated by her checking to make sure a spot on my right ear had not come back after previous treatment. She also checked were a basil cell cancer had been removed from the left side of my face. Very thorough examination.

horrible experience waited 5 months to be seen and when i got to the office i was told i couldn’t be attended because of my insurance even though it was verified when we had an appointment scheduled. No type of help or other resources were offered. It also took me over an hour to get to this location. waited months just to be turned away and could not even pay personally for a consultation. my condition is very severe and I had no type of help or remorse by staff .

August 2021 Called to schedule appointment for 90 year old father that has had bleeding skin in ear and swollen rim of ear for 15 years. Told only seeing new patients in December. Told her he may be gone by then, thank you have a good day and she hung up receiver phone without a word. Poor customer service and no caring.
