Dr Brown is the best she is caring and very patient. The billing office is a total mess. They sent a bill for vist for 2022. After calling the office and left a message they called the nextday. Come t find out that the co pay for Oct of 2021 was the charge in question. I asked if I pay for the copay could they email me an invoice and receipt. Kimberly took my email 3 days later still no receipt. Called and left a message, I got a call the next day the message said she put it in the mail. They need a better booking system. My copay was $25.00 I ended up paying $28.19 it’s not much but more of a hassle. Dr. Brown 10☆ billing office 0☆.

Dr. Brown was recommended to me by my primary care doctor. I can only say great things about everyone there. Dr. Brown examined all of my skin, removed one thing on my neck painlessly, froze off 4 or 5 other things, and surgically removed a cyst from my head. All was painless, I was advised accordingly on how to care for the wounds, and everything healed wonderfully. I would recommend her to my children, and there is no one I care more about or am more protective of than them.

Dr Brown was assertive and thorough and right to the point, came in did her job and was done quickly. She did a quick procedure to freeze off some precancerous cells and all is good. I will definitely be back for my annual check up next year.

I am 50 yrs old and have never been to a Dermatologist before. I was scared to go! But as soon as Dr. Brown came in the room, she was so sweet and asked me the last time I had been seen by a Dermatologist? I kinda got a little quiet and said never. She very nicely said that’s okay I suggest once a year. I loved the fact that she didn’t make me feel bad or (stupid) for never having been seen before.

Everything from the office staff, environment and doctor was a 10! I spoke with Tracy on the phone several times and she was always very helpful and pleasant. Dr Brown is very knowledgeable and sweet. After 9 years and misdiagnosis by two other dermatologists, she figured it out and helped me get on the right path to hopefully getting better. She had no problem communicating with another Dr regarding treatment plans. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience. I didn’t really know what to do with my 3 year old daughter that was having some skin issues. What I did know is I didn’t want to take her to the hospital. So I decided to try this place because it was local. Well it was the right choice. Dr.Brown was incredible. Very knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly made my 3 year old feel comfortable! I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for dermatology needs.

Dr. Smirnov is by far my favorite doctor. She is genuinely interested in me, not just a patient, but a person. She’s also noticed things on my skin that other dermatologists have missed, and without going into much detail, I can say that I’m incredibly thankful to her. I look forward to my appointments at her office.. Without hesitation, I recommend her to all of my friends.
