This place is terrible. Stay away! Beware! I thought I was lucky to get an appointment within a week but the reason is that everyone on Hilton Head Island know they’re terrible. They biopsied a growth on my head and took 3 tries to get it right. Then they couldn’t get the stitch in. Then they couldn’t manage to call me back after 3 attempts to make a follow-up appointment for the Mohs procedure. I had to actually go to the office to make the appointment. The morning of the appointment they informed me I had to pay BEFORE the procedure. Ok fine, but why didn’t they tell me that when I made the appointment? Then I sat in the office for over an hour waiting for my minor surgery which I never got. Only after I got my refund and left the office did anyone call me with concerns. To top it all off, they say I can’t come in to get my release of records when I want to go to a competent doctor, and they won’t email them. They “will put it in the mail.” Yeah right. I’m sure it will take a court order to get those records.

I came in to your office for fillers in my cheeks. A picture was taken before the procedure but none afterwards! The reason why is because there was no difference! It did not work at all. I wanted to call u sooner but felt so bad! I spent &3,000 for this for nothing. Megan was the one who did it all for nothing! I would never refer anyone to your practice ever! U just take the money and don’t care if it worked or not! Why did she not take the picture afterwards?? The reason was it looked the same no different at all!! My name is June Vertucci! I am not rich snd that is a whole lot of money for me for nothing!!

Dr. Mikell’s staff was very efficient, reviewing my personal information at the appointed time. Dr. Mikell examined my entire body for possible pre-cancerous spots and treated several with freezing. The entire visit took only about 40 minutes, and I was very satisfied with this timing.
