Place is a joke and doesn’t care about patients. Read the reviews. No understanding at all. A mandatory 15 min ahead of time meeting before your appointment for new patients. not everyone has that leisure. Wouldn’t take me even being late 3 minutes for a 12:45 appointment.

Called to see if they got my referral and the person on the phone was very snappy and would not let me finish talking. What should have been a 20 second call to ask “did this referral go through and can I make an appointment?” ended up taking over 5 minutes because I kept being interrupted by Karen working the phones.

I have to say I was pretty disappointed in this place. I had traveled from Puerto Rico for this appointment. An appointment that was extremely rushed. I left without having all my issues addressed. They obviously book patients in 15 min intervals not allowing proper time for resolution of any issue. 15 minutes is not enough time to do a proper skin check, biopsy or patient consult. This means you are forced to book an additional 15 min. follow up 3-5 months out. This means you pay double what you should. You don’t believe me, just read the other low star reviews. Honestly this office is very busy and because of that they don’t appear to care about patient satisfaction.

Active discriminatory policies against anyone on medicare/medicaid. They will refuse to even let you pay cash rates. I waited 2 months for an appointment on a severely painful issue- and I was fine if insurance wouldn’t work, I was in so much pain. I was glad paying cash no-insurance prices. I was refused at the desk. They literally would not see me despite my circumstances because I was on medicaid that was state-extended. I have private UHC insurance. I was willing to pay any price for help. Because I needed Medicaid 2 years ago, I was refused service. I’ve worked 15 years in healthcare, this is an illegal practice.

I had my first skin screening yesterday. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Staff. The MA was very thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. She eased my concerns about an skin issue that was on my back.. it turned out to be of no concern.. She did find an issue near my forehead. She was able to treat it on the spot. What a blessing it is to have the peace of mind that my skin had no concerning issues.

I had an appointment scheduled for several months with this clinic. I had confirmed my appointment time through a text message the day before and had a babysitter lined up for my daughter so that I could go to this appointment. I got there and they told me I was 10 minutes late and that they would have to re-schedule me to a different day. I showed up on time according to what the text had said- no one had communicated that a new patient needed to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was so frustrated I just left and am not planning to return to this office. There was zero flexibility on their part to fit me in as I was already there at the time that had been confirmed with me the day before.

They are great there. I like that they make it easy to set up appointments, send reminders, and are great to work with. I was able to get an early appointment so I didn’t miss work. The staff were really friendly and they explained everything I had questions about. They even took care of some minor things right there without having to make another appointment.

After being seen here for over a year, I moved out of state and obtained new health insurance. I started using the telehealth to continue my visits here. I gave my updated insurance info prior to my first virtual visit, which was confirmed by them, and then again 6 months later for my 2nd virtual visit. Never did they communicate to me that they didnt accept this new insurance. Had they done so, I would’ve gone elsewhere. I got a bill for $700 for two 10 minute virtual visits and when I tried to communicate with them all I got in return was silence. I am incredibly disappointed with their lack of ethics and lack of communication. I will not be returning and I advise anybody going here to do their own research about what will be covered, because they obviously don’t care about overbilling you. Also they couldn’t even diagnose a simple case of eczema and were more interested in getting me out of there as soon as possible and still billing for as much time as they could.
