I went here to have moles removed the doctor was amazing so I brought my teenage daughter who has acne issues. All the other dermatologists i took her too kept pushing medications that were not improving her condition. The doctor took one look at her and recommended accutane. Her side effects were just chapped lips and her skin looks amazing! After the 3rd month there was so much improvement! They listen and are very intent on helping you.

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE. The front staff was friendly, helpful and patient. I did not wait long for my appointment. I loved the Med Tech who helped me and I Loved my Provider Lauren Cowell ,ACNP-BC .She was amazing!!! The best bedside manner, so kind and helpful She listened to my concerns and took the best care of me .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!!!

Insurance filing is a major issue. For some reason they can’t figure out how to file Cigna. Been waiting for a refund for almost a year. Second is waiting THREE weeks for a Dr to sign off and give pathology reports is unacceptable. Will be going elsewhere!

Personalities of a piece of cheese. I have ins. They wanted a credit card on file AND to pay $125 before I could even see the doctor. How many times can you say “it’s our policy”?? I walked out. I pay my bills on time everytime.

On 15Dec2021 my wife had an appointment with Dr. Murphy at 3:30. We arrived on time, verified the necessary information and were shown into a room where my wife was instructed to undress and put on an open backed gown. Twenty minutes later were were still waiting, no one even made an attempt to come in and tell us what the delay was. I went out into the hall to find someone and after looking and waiting 5 more minutes a “Team Leader” appeared. I asked her what the delay was as I had a 4:00 appointment down the hall with another doctor. She said she would check and disappeared.? I stayed out in the hall and when she came back she informed me my wife would be seen soon. Since our time is as valuable as the doctors, I told her we were done and instructed my wife to get dressed. On our way out this “Team Leader” told me she would show us the way out. I pointed to the “Exit” sign and told her I could find my own way out. I was late for my other appointment. This Doctor’s staff needs a strong course in patient communication and needs to make a concentrated effort on keeping patients informed of delays, not ignoring them like they are a pile of trash.

After waiting 3 months to see a dermatologist the doctor didn’t even “examine” my face under a light source that I was concerned about. He didn’t even do the procedure that I came there for that I was told they could. If you have a deductible due you must pay $110 upfront and then pay your difference when you check out. Plus you must put a credit card on file. Very disappointed.

The front desk employees are nice. However, the first thing they wanted was my debit/credit card to put on file. That made me feel very uncomfortable. This place doesn’t have a good atmosphere. However, the doctor was competent, but cold.

I was super worried because of all the bad reviews recently, but I found my experience really good! Clean office! Went in for my sons eczema, and the receptionists welcomed me as I walked through the door. They were very thorough with the paperwork and what they needed from me. Then the nurse who took me back, was really nice and asked all sorts of questions. After that my dermatologist came in, whose name is Megan, which is also my moms name and my sons MiMi. She explained things really good, and wrote down the amount of time for each med my son would be on. I was walked back to the front desk to set my son up for his next appointment in 2 months. Great experience personally!

I don’t know how they are still in business. I was scheduled for an appt. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I told I had the wrong date and my appointment was on a completely different time and date. I informed the front desk person that there must be an error on their part, because I wrote down the date and time in my phone’s notes, which I was able to show her. I told her there is absolutely no way I made my original appointment on that date, because 1. I wrote down the date and time and 2. The “new” appointment was scheduled for the same date as my grad school final, which I never would have done and 3. I schedule the appt with healing time in mind due to a pending wedding that would be weeks after the “original time. The front desk person refused to let me cancel that appt even though I I formed her there was no way I was going for the aforementioned reasons and I expressed my frustration in the schedule clearly being changed without my permission or authorization. I left and called back to cancel everything and get referred to a different doctor’s office with more professional staffing. It is a no for me!!
