Dr Kerri Fontenot is amazing! Loved seeing her, she was very caring, gave lots of good suggestions on things that may help me, and always had short wait time! Sadly will be finding another dermatologist due to the attitude of the receptionist. Very rude on the phone, not very welcoming in person, and kind of rushes you away (whether in person, or on the phone) almost as if she doesn’t want to help you. But the rest of the staff is great. Sad to leave but also don’t want to feel as if im “bothering” the receptionist by going to see my doctor.

OFFICE STAFF VERY RUDE: I was a few minutes late to an appointment and had already filled all the necessary paperwork on the portal. Note: the portal is not user friendly so I also filed out the actual paperwork sent to me, just in case it was needed. The office clerk/front desk I dealt with was extremely RUDE. Had she not been rude, I would have handled the situation differently. If you would like to be treated like a number, then make your appointment here. If not, I suggest trying somewhere different. Maybe the Nurse and Doctor would have been great, and I would have liked to reschedule, but due to the office person being so rude, I didn’t.

I just went in for my first visit last Friday with Dr. Kerri Fontenot due to my chronic eczema. I’ve been to some dermatologist local and far, and this was the first place that made me feel welcome and comfortable. From the time I walked in to the time I left, everyone was friendly and so informative. Dr. Fontenot and her nurses were absolutely amazing. They were so nice, helpful, and accommodating. I loved her honestly through out the whole appointment and she really shows she cares. Even at last minute, I brought up the idea of me maybe being interested in micro needling. Without a notice, I didn’t expect Dr. Bailey to be able to see me, but she did. Same thing, super nice and amazing. She told me step by step everything I needed to know. I felt very comfortable asking all types of questions to both Dr. Fontenot and Dr. Bailey. I highly recommend this place!!

They really need to work on their appointment/reception desk. I called in to make a new patient appointment for my son today and was told that none of the doctors would have an opening until July. Not a problem. I began to simply state that I would try to search around to see if I could find something with a more recent appointment. Before I had completely finished my sentence…click…she hung up. As a business owner, customer service is very high on the list of whether or not people will do business with you in the future. First impressions mean alot and I will not call back to Dermatology Associates to schedule appointment. I will not pay someone to be rude to me and lack courtesy.

I just can’t say enough nice things about this place! So professional and so very nice! Dr. Miller did an EXCELLENT job and saw what I needed. I wish I had come sooner to have the issue resolved. We definitely do not have this type of practice where I live. I would more than recommend this practice to others.
